This was cool. Definitely didn’t meet the hype I was expecting but an entertaining watch. More creepy than scary.

That little boy was slow as shit but somehow he kept evading the parents at the end lol. I ain’t going.

I see why Peele wanted this movie because this is the exact type of shit he would put out.

I did watch this last night. I enjoyed it and yes far better than that trash ass Barbarian :scust:
Way overhyped though and not better than Sinners to me. The Director said he didn't intend for the ending to be funny to audiences so he's been confused how so many people find it funny. That shit was hilarious lol.

I think the movie should've been from Alex point of view the entire time. The tone shift when the film goes to his perspective was what it should've been from jump. I'd be in for a prequel on this "aunt". The movie should've been set in an earlier time period like 70s or 80s. Too much technology today and Borlins character doing the cops job in like 20min cmon son lol. I need more on the "aunt". Was she actually related to Alex family or has she been leeching off of different ones for centuries or however long she's been around?

Did Alex take the plant? Will he become like a warlock now?
