GUILTY BY AFFILIATION
Happened to a good friend of mine in Vegas. Lucky for him he had money. He hired a top-notch lawyer. Used the cops own words against them when questioning the chain of custody of the evidence. Had the evidence tested for prints & DNA. Only the cop and an unknown person had touched the evidence. Case was dropped due to a lack of real proof my friend ever possessed the evidence.
Unfortunately for so many people, they don't have the means to fight their case and end up taking some sort of plea deal.
Fuck the police with a sick dick.
