I know Warner Bros.main concern will be pirating but with such a huge library of new films and people that would rather wait until its truly safe to go back to the theaters subscriptions will increase.Plus HBOMAX isn't available in a lot of countries but theatres are open in those countries .
This is great for people who still can't go to a theater

THIS IS THE WAY....DISNEY...AND EVERYOTHER STUDIO
Looking forward to

Denzel Washington’s The Little Things, Judas and the Black Messiah, Godzilla vs. Kong, Mortal Kombat, Those Who Wish Me Dead, The Suicide Squad, Reminiscence, Dune, The Many Saints of Newark, King Richard, Cry Macho and Matrix 4.

I think I can get the argument that the films will make less money being exclusive to HBO Max rather than a digital release across the board on all platforms.. at the same time it's a fuckin global pandemic out here and folks arent comfortable risking their health going to the theater to see a movie when they can watch from the safety of their homes

This price gone skyrocket

I was thinking about that the other day.. like at what point does a streaming service cost TOO much for the general public... especially with their being so many of them.

I doubt folks will be tryna pay like $20 a month for each of them shits (Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu/Disney+, Peackock, Apple, Amazon Prime etc)

And the crazy thing is each of them have 1 or 2 cant miss shows and the rest of the catalog be bullshit or old properties that they own. I'm not paying to watch some old shit again. That's why we are trying to get rid of cable.

Netflix is the only one I'm willing to consistently own cause at least they have show dumps every other week and at least one of them is bound to be decent.

Theres no reason outside of the mandalorian to have disney plus

I'm only getting hbo max cause of the JL then I'm canceling that shit

Hulu has absolutely no purpose at all
YouTube TV is essentially cable

Amazon prime is mid range between Netflix and Hulu

And the rest ain't worth a fake email to create to sign up for a free trial

I think Disney+ is gonna pick up big time when they start putting out these Marvel Tv shows. With Multiple Marvel shows and possibly multiple Star Wars shows I think that would incentivize more people to subscribe.

My thing is some of these apps are limited on what you can stream depending on the country you're in. If you cant stream whatever you want globally, or folks have to use a VPN or some other shit on order to get access thats just gonna drive more people to pirate shit.

Yeah I pay $20/month for extra on my cable for a tv package called Crave which is basically hbo, showtime, cinemax balled up into one on demand streaming service and spread across 6 channels. Luckily they didn't act like some bitches for the people that been paying for it and gave us the hbomax content no extra charge. I think eventually all tv viewing will evolve into this. All these companies will get bought or buy eachother out and offer on demand and live television streaming.

But I also pay for Netflix premium which just jumped up to like $18.99/month. Might have to pull the plug on Netflix.

Amazon I get wity my prime membership but the second they ask for a cent more that shit is cancelled. 1 hot show every 9 show average ass niggas.

Real debrid on chromecast for the rest but I legit haven't even watched anything on gang since like mulan because of all the push backs.
