Well the government passed a $2 Trillion stimulus package. Although I don't know the details I'm pretty sure that if you can prove that you're a landlord and you can prove the amount of money you make from your tenants the government will subsidize you until this quarantine is over.
On a side note, somebody posted something on my Facebook page that was interesting. He said that on an average day there's over 3,000 deaths from traffic accidents. Now that everybody is quarantined the number of traffic deaths should decrease dramatically. So we might see thousands of deaths from the Corona Virus but we might see an equal decrease in car crashes.
