They always preach that team nonsense when something doing go in their favor. That shit is work, hes at his job. NFL football teams arnt made from a bunch of people volunteering to play at the end of the day after their factory 9-5 jobs. Over a dozen people on that team, if he leaves they can easily replace him. So all that "he let the team down" shit is nonsense.
They'll get mad and talk bad bout a player who finessed the organization, but silent af when the organization is finessing players left and right. I heard about people having contracts that say they get bonus's for getting a certain amount of yards, TD's & sacks or w/e, so the Team heads will bench them if they're getting too close so they dont have to pay. Need to keep their mouth shut if they dont always have that same energy to call everyone out.
