Forgive me if he is certified as a coon, but I’m gonna say I think that this mans work and influence <with how he went about it> was some of the most inspiring I have seen-
not just black people but in general-
IMO this guy had all the opportunities to be like Kanye and say I’m a god, but instead this guy was publicly humble about Kanye setting the stage for him and a lot of other people. He also was honest about street ware and where it stood from a price to quality perspective and about the value of luxury goods, in a way that was authentic.
loved the way he carried success and the way he made products even if I wasn’t feeling a lot of his work.
got some off white Breds when they first dropped and some 5s sail...wasn’t a fan of most of his stuff with LV...but did like his work with Nike and some of his off white stuff -
