I personally would get one of I was done having kids. It's reversible as well so I don't see the reason not too.

My oldest brother has one. He tried 4 times for a boy, now he has 4 girls. He bowed out gracefully.

I can understand that. That's why I haven't gotten one. I might want a kid in the future, so until I'm sure I'm out the game I won't get one.

I think a minimally invasive surgery is worth having more kids of that's what you really want.
