They haven’t figured it out yet but they are thinking about making the adults either provide IDs for verification and or have to make a small ($1.00) payment using a CC for confirmation

The only way this is enforceable is if these social media companies require some kind of ID. That along causes more issues because now you have way more info on a person than what is needed. Kids are smart with this computer stuff and will find away around it. If a social media company doesnt agree with their measures, will the state have isp companies block their website? That would cause issues to people that make money off these sites that live in that state.

I disagree. I was born in 87 and the all the damn obstacles that was in my way to watch booty talk when I was in middle school was crazy. I understand the porn aspect but there's a lot of stuff that is only appropriate for adults that children could get their hands on with ease. And depending on where you lived porn was accessible on TV without PPV.
