"Rubio argued imminent "threat” Iran posed was it retaliating to an Israeli attack"

So in other words, Iran is just there chilling. But if Israel attacks first, they'll retaliate. So we have to hit them with a surprise attack just so they don't respond to Israels imminent attack.
