Trump is an unserious person. He’s addressing the nation about the war and honoring the dead soldiers then goes into how beautiful his ballroom is going to be and saving money on doors and shit. Cracking jokes and shit in what should be a solemn moment for the country.

And we’ll get all of the outrage reporting from the media and memes and social media posts decrying this shit and nothing will change.

If the US doesn’t learn from this bullshit, this era will be written in history books as the beginning of the fall of the US.

Short attention spans, jaded to nearly everything, fed quick bites of this and that…

Trump is the epitome of where the world is.
 


So far we’ve heard that although we killed the whole Iranian regime, this was not a regime change war. And although we obliterated their nuclear program, we had to do this because of their nuclear program. And although Iran was not planning any attacks on the US, they also might have been, depending on who you ask. And although we are not fighting this war to free the Iranian people, they are now free, or might be, depending on who seizes power, and we have no idea who that will be. The messaging on this thing is, to put it mildly, confused.
