US Aggression against Venezuela

@konceptjones where can I get my hands on such weapons?
Sounds like an ultrasonic weapon. There used to be plans for an ultrasonic car alarm device that was supposed to have done the same thing. You'd put it inside the car and tie it into a regular car alarm. When a thief would break in they would feel nauseated, feel disoriented, lose balance, and all kinda shit. This was back in the late 80's/early 90's. I half-ass think I saw it in Radio Electronics Magazine or something like that. They had the whole PC board and parts list in the article too; all shit you could get from Radio Shack. I'll have to find an archive of covers for the magazine to see if that's where it was. If not there then maybe a hobbyist book or something like that, but I know I've seen it.

Adapting something like that for military use shouldn't even be that hard. It'd just be a matter of scale.

Shit, that would be some crazy shit to let civilians get their hands on

The level of shit that cats are making these days in their garages and basement workshops would prolly terrify you.

Even I started the work on designing an arm mounted high power laser with motorized adjustable focus tied to a RasPi3 powered HUD and repurposed rangefinder feeding data into it. Started on it out of pandemic boredom and stopped putting any effort into it when my wife got sick.
