Im not saying he gotta do a 30 days prep but battle twice a year. Third if your 2 battles were great. His pacing in the first round was perfect, but then he lost a step the 2nd round and literally lost his track of mind in the 3rd. I think back to when he choked during the 2 on 2... his 3rd against verb... i'll exclude the surf battle because that was a weird energy in that battle.

But he don't sharpen his sword enough, he's only giving us glimpses at a time. Lux my all time favorite, i dont see how yall got him winning at all

Honestly and it sucks to say but lux needs to dumb it down. His mind needs to stay razor sharp to remember those lines and the pacing cant be really tiring. Once he fumbles a word it throws off the whole energy and its hard to recalibrate.

Simple, they don't like geechi

When you got that much disdain for someone, no matter what they say, you're going to view them through those lenses.

If geechi lost, I would have no problem admitting it. While I had him slightly edging Calicoe, I'm not mad if people think Calicoe won. It definitely wasn't the best geechi in that battle but he didn't get smoked either

I've always said, the best version of Lux has a perfect mix of those layered lines but also weaving in slick talk / witty one liners. His first round showed parts of that. I think it gets to a point you get so skilled you have to remaster the art of simplicity.
