I don't even get the connection. Are they saying they need the Ball Room because the White House is more secure and therefore they can have these events there and not worry about a potential attack?

It doesn't make any sense for Trump to be the one to make that argument when he basically lives at Mar-a-Lago and is constantly golfing at public courses.

By exposing her and CBS News' bias against him.

Total lack of situational awareness.


There are other statements in that manifesto that are more pertinent to the incident that happened last night.


However, Norah was looking for a gotcha moment........and Trump called her out on it.


Now, I don't think she's a horrible person..........but I am disappointed in her.

She's a better journalist than that, but she let her emotions and personal feelings towards Trump get the best of her.


In hindsight, Tony DoKoupil or Bill Whitaker would've been better choices to do that interview.

There was a court order blocking the building of the ballroom. Trump’s team claimed it was needed for national security and the court disagreed.

Then the assassination attempt followed by coordinated messaging from all right wing politicians and influencers pointing to it as proof the ballroom is needed.

Yeah no, to the bias against Trump from CBS. Bari Weiss runs CBS and she is a pro Trump Zionist through and through.

He made it a gotcha. All she did was read that part of the manifesto because it showed assassin’s “motive”.
