I really don't love the use of the phrase "double-tap" here when those poor souls who we don't even know if they were even really on a drug boat had to tread water for a fucking hour before some coward in a safe room hundreds of miles away decided to just end their lives just to finish the job.
If our surveillance is so good that we know who and what's on these boats why can't we just intercept them? This shit is sickening.
