So I’ve mentioned the fact that I’m Treasurer and Board member for a non-profit that helps kids and families. We submitted an application for a federal grant from SAMHSA and it kept getting denied because one of the therapists were named Deisha. The system caught the “Dei” in her name and was auto-denying the application, smh.
We had to change her name to Desha so it would go through even after we explained it to someone personally.
