I’ve mentioned many times in here the number of people in management at my job are here on H1B visas. For my company this would result in millions of dollars in fees on top of these people’s salaries.
I was semi-joking about updating my resume. Think I might have to for real now.
I don’t think this is purely negative because Americans will have more opportunities, but in the healthcare sector where there is a shortage of doctors and foreign born doctors are needed it could hurt.
