My company got acquired by a UK company and most of the Americans left. They were replaced with people shipped in from all over the world, mainly South America, who are there on work visas. I’m sure this will only target the lowest paid workers, but if they start going up the ladder we’re going to have a leadership vacuum.
And guess who will be there to scoop up the promotions?!

It's ok to say, hey you know what, I'll only fight white supremacy when it brings itself to my face, like in the George Floyd or Carmelo Anthony situations. I'm not going to jump in front of rubber bullets for non black Americans issues because I'm tired of one sided relationships. Is there something wrong with that?
