I fully believe its true. A lot of those high level schools bring over the best of the best from other countries and a lot of times those people coming over are paying full tuition at the highest rate. I mean part of the reason China was able to catch up so quickly in so many areas is because they sent a ton of people over here to learn and take that knowledge back over there.

Miller is a white supremacist who doesn’t want anybody non white staying in this country.. No matter if it’s for getting an education or a job.. It goes back that racist great replacement theory bullshit.. If you have non white immigrants are going to school there’s a chance they may end up staying.. IE Kamala Harris’ parents + having children here who are automatically US citizens…

Yeah, I get that, but they're going above and beyond. Like the things they're doing now pretty obviously hurt white people too.

I understand the last part, but my point is, believe it or not we have enough rich smart people here to fill those ranks. For these elite schools having a perfect SAT isnt that big of a deal now because so many kids in America get that. And a lot if not most of these Chinese Ivy League students, they're parents hire American college prep companies to help get them in these schools. All of them only wanna go to Harvard(whole other convo) but when they dont get into there, they go to Yale or wherever else.

These schools are run like bootcamps and these parents are spending like 6 figures for these programs. If anything is gunna collapse is this industry.

Why do you think we have enough rich smart people to fill those ranks? Most rich smart people already go through high level schools, so the Chinese and other immigrant students are money the universities get in addition to what comes from the rich smart Americans.

Now the fact that American universities are getting to be so expensive that only rich Americans and foreigners with other nations back them can afford to attend is a different problem.

The majority of of saltines will still vote MAGA/GOP when the next election rolls around like they've been doing since the civil rights era.. Because they love racist policies more than they care about the incompetent MAGA encomic policies.. The Chinese government said Friday that the Trump administration’s move to ban international students from Harvard would harm America’s international standing, as anxious students and parents overseas fretted over what would come next.

Educational cooperation with the U.S. is mutually beneficial and China opposes its politicization, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a daily briefing in Beijing.

“The relevant actions by the U.S. side will only damage its own image and international credibility,” she said.

Chinese state media has long played up gun violence in the U.S. and portrayed America as a dangerous place. Some Chinese students are opting to study in the U.K. or other countries rather than the U.S.

Meanwhile, two universities in Hong Kong extended invites to affected students. The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology said it would welcome international students already at Harvard and those who have been admitted in a statement Friday. City University in Hong Kong did as well without mentioning Harvard by name.

These school have a limit to the amount of students they can enroll each semester and i know we can fill those ranks because we literally have the most millionaires in the world, by a wide margin. And let just be real a second, these Universities arnt just letting in the smartest teens in the world. Dont let the marketing fool you.

I think a lot of Americans are dumb in a lot of things, but we're a large country with over 300million people, we have enough really smart & smart kids with enough money to fill the ranks of our Ivy league schools. We're nowhere near that dumb and poor.

Thats why I'm treating that headline as click bait nonsense.

I know this shit sounds conspiratorial, but I'm actually at the point where I believe someone in the Trump administration is working for the Chinese government. Hear me out. China wasn't to be the new superpower. That's their goal and they've been making all kinds of moves. The U.S. is really the only thing standing in China's way of claiming supremacy. Now they could try to fight it out with us and take the crown, but that would be calamitous. The smarter thing to do is make us fall apart from the inside.

Think about what the Trump administration has done.

1) Cause major divisions among Americans (e.g., MAGA vs everyone else)
2) Weakened the governmental infrastructure
3) Weakened our important institutions (e.g., universities, military, scientific apparatus)
4) Weakened our relationships with ally nations
5) Weakened the USD and lowered our national credit rating
6) Severely damaged our credibility when it comes to foreign policy

On top of all of that, now China is stepping up and taking the more noble stance in a lot of cases. There the ones telling Israel to cut out the genocide. They are calling the U.S. out its bigotry. China is already strengthening the BRICS block, but on top of that, because of the tariffs countries that were allies against China like some of the EU nations, Australia, Japan, South Korea have all cut some business ties with U.S. and linked up with China.

This has all happened in the span of 4 months. Trump has more than 3 and a half years left in office. I don't think people understand how much damage is being done, and all of it benefits China.

Again, the rich people don't have a problem getting into schools. They are there. Yes, we have the most millionaires, but not so many that our high-level institutions can't accommodate them all. Foreign students aren't infringing on any rich people. They may be taking slots from smart people in America that don't have a lot of money, but those people are being squeezed out by high university prices more than foreigners.

You can take it as click bait nonsense if you want, but the people behind those comments understand the landscape. They know how the system is setup and where the money is coming from. If they thought they could offset foreign money with local students, they'd do that. The point is, they know they can't, not with the system as it currently is.
