No hes right. Not with agreeing with chris Rufo part but corporations are just using DEI as a shield from criticism of being to white and not a way to bring in new multi ethnic multi cultural talent post BLM the same way target sells pride merch during pride month to say they are allies.
We need programs to help with representation but DEI programs were failing to accomplish this. It was just consultant talk.

Yep GEO Group stocks right after trump win went way way up for a reason.
They want to put all the immigrants in private prisons and use them as free labor. Now that the Laken riley Act passed they can just grab immigrants and lock them up without being accused of a crime indefinitely.

They do suck. Most of them are rich. And America has also been about dividing common people to help rich people thrive. Chuck isn't always right especially when he talks politics, but he hit the nail on the head this time.
