I understand why a lot of people support Trump. There are the fringe extreme that specifically supports him because they are unhappy and hateful and they enjoy Trump and his company of people, hurting people they don’t like.

But the ones that, they know something is wrong. But they aren’t educated as to what specifically. And they have been lied to in the past by the Democratic Party about what that is, is.

So even now as people within the dem party are telling the actual truths, since that group of voters felt manipulated before. They don’t want the person that cheated on them, telling them about the wife that is current abusing them

And so, this guy Trump that is toying with the truth reality of how slimy government and financial institutions actually are. How our country and countries are truly ran. With only regard for the top and little to no regard for anyone else.

That makes them feel like he’s at least telling them the truth. Democrats talk a lot, but do nothing.

Bernie sanders says tax Billionaires but the average person with financial literacy knows Billionaires don’t pay taxes and will just find ways to subvert the taxes or lobby to have civilians pay on the back end.

All of what they want or say they want done, can’t and won’t be done. It’s too broad, it’s not in any way strategic. And is full of quid pro quo type deals. You give us a little, we’ll allow you to be a scum bag behind the scenes and protect you from people knowing it.

Time and time again, that’s what they do, and then paint it as victories. We negotiated with the Phama companies your tax dollars subsidize, to give you the medicine you need due to the things they poisoned you with, to provide you the ability to give them less of your money directly from your hand.

In order to give them more of the money you give us, to give to them.

These guys are controlled opposition, that are telling us politely, if we just stop struggling so much, they’ll stop being so aggressive as they rape us. Nobody wants that, so…they are holding out hope, that this con man, some where, some day, grows a conscious and does the right thing.

And they are willing to give him every key in the house, every compliment he desires, and hope that one day it pays off. But they don’t realize, bro is not human, he’s an empty shell of human ambition and greed.

So where the democrats say, just let them grope you a little and everything will be fine. This guy says, hey, they’re raping you, and I can save you if you just give me the deed to your house. And then they hand him the deed, he looks at them getting raped and says, “couldn’t be me” as he bounces and peels off in their car.
 
And Zelenskyy to his credit, peep that shit and was like nah, no deal. I’m not gonna let you rape my country in a deal to make him stop, make him stop.

Boomers are living longer and therefore continuing to collect on SS benefits, which as I understand it, the current workforce is paying for.

When the current generation is ready to retire the people still actively working after them will essentially be paying for their social security... but the problem is the current generation is having less children.. which means a smaller work force.. which means less payments going in to pay for the benefits of retirees.

At least that is my current understanding of it..

That's largely because the wealth of this nation since Reagan has been continuously transferred upward all while the taxable income for Social Security is capped at approximately $168,000.

So most of us all pay relatively the same amount into the program as Musk, Bezos, Zuckerberg, etc year to year.

I'm sorry.. but the the simple entertaining of "both side-ism" in here to Musk's comments pissed me off. Shows how much we lack knowledge on important topics that effect the lives of us, loved ones, and allows these nefarious bastards to run intentional propaganda to mislead.

I forgot to add that only W2 wages and earned income from self-employment is taxed for Social Security.

Pension payments, annuities, and the interest or dividends from savings and investments are not taxable for Social Security purposes. Meaning due to this and the previously mentioned cap, a large number of these obnoxiously rich fucks don't even pay into it at all.

That's why insolvency is a possibility. It needs to be expanded relatively soon... why do you think conservative language and actions right now are to demonize and cripple government in its entirety, while currently being the ones in control of every aspect of government. You corrupt enough minds to believe there's zero value to be found in government you don't even have to worry about such programs expansion becoming reality when you inevitably lose power.

I understand that a billionaires salary can be zero and their incomes come from where u already elaborated.

But what are the solutions? Things like taxing capital gains sound like they have too many drawbacks against the average Joe investor for instance.

The insinuation that Elon was telling some kind of truth when you could tell he clearly had no knowledge on how the program works.

If he does have knowledge of any of the few points I just mentioned then it makes his messaging on Rogan even more nefarious. Because if he's aware then his point ultimately just boils down to it being a bad thing that American's are living longer and/or should be working to survive far beyond 62 years old.

And to the benefit of who? So he can hoard even more than what he already has?

Calling social security a Ponzi scheme is just crazy to me coming from someone who actively participates in global stock markets.

To call it a Ponzi scheme is to only have a surface level, first sentence of the definition understanding of what a Ponzi scheme is. And that's the problem with everything the man has been doing. He only has surface level understandings of much of the American government and its institutions--likely because he's not one of us--and he should in no way be making the life altering decisions he's been empowered to make.

That's why I said I understand why ppl want to "shoot the messenger" but the fact is, as it stands today, SS is not sustainable.
