This shit drug but I let it play through until the end as I worked. It got better at about episode 5 or 6. They just focused way too much on the Mormon religion in the beginning and not enough on the murder. They were going for a True Detective vibe but there’s just not much mystery with the Mormon church.

Whoever created this though hates Mormons cause they drug them through the mud, lol.

Side note: Andrew Garfield can act his ass off. Dude might be one of my favorite actors of late.

Some of it was dull but a lot of it was gripping. It actually made me recall the bad parts of being a part of organized religion. How people twist the Bible to carry out sinister acts.
