Brunch is wildly overrated. I don't understand the current trend of going out for brunch and spending a grip like the shit is special. Folk outchea really spending a C note on toasted bread corners with avocado smashed on it topped with one egg and a mimosa.

Still don't understand that shit, especially with the economy in shambles like it currently is.

Some brunches are really day parties.

But yeah, i hate the brunch culture in dc. It use to just be Sundays but now it includes Saturday as well at lots of spots.

It is worst when you go on a Saturday like at 2, thinking you are gonna get the regular food item menus. Nope, it still be brunch time. What that means is that they wont have what you came for. Also, brunch gonna be $60-100. The meal you originally came for might be $20.
