Happy with the result but if we pass Denmark and Italy do Spain, we won’t beat Italy if they play how they did against Belgium. Don’t cope well under defensive pressure and always to nervous to go all out on the attack.

Think it depends on their position and miles on the clock but yeah 26yr was prolly the peak in the pre early to mid 00's... Sport science and obviously the way they look after themselves off the pitch plays a massive part...
Players defo have an extra 3-4 years to add to their careers then previous generations though...
