Exactly they should be selling him this summer with euro 2020 the opportunistic shop window... Now they're a bit fucked cause who's gonna wanna take him now?

Best bet is to extend for 12-18mths and hope he comes good for WC Qatar, then sell after. I mean they can't surely let him go for completely nothing... Even EUR 50M is a "saving face" fee

All that talent yet Southgate can't make it work. England are the perfect example of where the people at the top are the ones stifling the talent. The FA have no vision or ambition and only recruit yes men to play their dry Brexit football, and people like Southgate with no aggression are happy to make talented players play the deadist football known to man.
 
If I was Spurs I bite City's hands off for £100mil+ PLUS a player or two for Kane!!! Hes 28 and carries injuries... Theres wont be much resell value on him for City as he will be in his 30's by then... Probably packing his bags for America...

It's deeper than Southgate and comes down to a heavily negative bias to those who don't play within the EPL IMHO.

Let's not forget two of England's supposedly esteemed pundits both didn't pick Sancho for their "England euro 2020" squads!!!

They would probably make alot of it back but its still top money that not many other clubs can afford (or would offer for him)...

Who else is gonna stump up over £100mil AND offer player(s) for him???
