As always he's being a lying asshole. Black unemployment was decreasing under Obama, the trend continued, but slowed under Trump. So nothing he's done has helped black people. At best he simply didn't do anything to completely undo what started under Obama. At worst, he is slowly working against the trends that were in place under Obama.
