Viewership which equals money. The people who watch them faithfully are still loyal supporters and they need them regardless of not supporting Trump.

Have they as a network come out with a statement basically saying they no longer support Trump? If so I haven't seen or read it.

They haven't officially said "We don't fuck with Trump anymore." But the the head of the network did come out and say something to the effect of "He lost us when he wouldn't let the election go" and most of their shows don't really cover him or interview him anymore.

Makes sense. Not covering him but the topics they're covering is still stuff that their base "cares about". Same stuff Trump talks about so it can kinda of give the illusion that they're still on the same page.
 
Folks on both sides were pretty riled up about abortion rights. I guess the question for republicans is.. which pisses them off more?

The crazy thing about it is legally they give presidents the power to determine what is classified and unclassified when leaving office when it comes to certain documents. Somethings are classified regardless of how the president may want it unclassified.

It gives him room and life for a fight on some he felt those documents should be or were unclassified and that is why he took them.

Now if that is case will a verdict on that be given before 2024 in order for him to be disqualified from running is the question.
 
Outside of this. I've said before this shit is all political theater. This country ain't about to lock up a former president. It doesn't jive with the global image we put out to the world. Also Dems don't play this game the way Repubs do and it's a losing battle in the long run for them. Cause we all know in power or out of power Repubs run it up and force the shit they want through.

Shit like this gets a large majority of country to look at this when it's really way more important shit that should be front page news and the main topics of discussion

wouldnt he have had to do that BEFORE he left office? After that he just a citizen and cant decide what is unclassified anymore right?
