I was watching this live when the guy explained it. Basically it's going to get appealed and be successful but the issue following that is Trump would appeal to the SC.
Basically based on what Cannon ruled, Hunter can get his federal conviction immediately dismissed/overturned because a Special Prosecutor was involved in the case
