FEATURED Trump Alleges Georgia DA Fani Willis Had An Affair With Big Nut

test
No it doesn't. Her fuck ups have nothing to do with what Trump is charged with. Nothing about what she was accused of would lead to a Trump mistrial.
actually it could get her off the case

and opens any verdict up for appeal based on integrity violations

Where is the actual misconduct related to the case and charges Trump is facing? How does her fucking her colleague affect the actual charges Trump is up on?

None of this changes the facts of the case against Trump

Trump is accused of heading up a broad scheme to overturn his loss in Georgia, and he is charged under the state’s anti-racketeering law, which was originally used to take down mob bosses.

The indictment against Trump is extensive, with a lot of evidence, and this case carries with it a high possibility of jail time if Trump is convicted, say legal experts. Four of his co-defendants, three of them former lawyers on his campaign, have pleaded guilty. Some legal experts worry that the accusations against Willis will distract from the serious charges facing Trump.

(Technically, you're right here. But.....)

But it could still derail the Trump case

There could be another day of hearings, and what happens after is up to the judge overseeing the entire Trump case. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee could remove Willis from the case — or not make any changes and keep the case moving. “What we’re here for today,” he said during the first day of testimony, “is the relationship and/or any financial elements.”

If Willis is essentially fired from the case, a state council that oversees prosecutors could appoint someone else. That could take a while. And a new prosecutor might look at the case with fresh eyes and drop some or all of the charges. All of this will probably delay when Trump’s trial could begin. Right now, there is no trial date, and it’s possible that it won’t start before the November presidential election. Removing Willis from the case could push it back much further.

Willis is also facing potential investigations from various state agencies, many of them controlled by Republicans: the Georgia Senate, a state oversight board and a state ethics commission.
-----------------------------------------------------
Meaning: if this gets pushed back to after the election, and that doof wins, well, simply put: he can use his powers as POTUS to just throw the whole thing out.

So, yeah: dumbass she-mammal potentially has fucked this all up.

You did all of this dumbass "she mammal" rant just to say I'm right. You could've saved your time

Her answers sound ridiculous but how can they really prove she's lying?

And how is it grounds for dismissal?

Can't another prosecutor pick this up?

So the the trial has a potential to get delayed

Again, how is the case ruined? Do the facts of the case get delayed too?

As I stated: if this sorry muhfucka gets the office back, he may try to use his powers to have the case removed before it even gets to trial

@BlackRain

if she gets removed it can make an impact on a future appeal if Trump gets convicted

plus Fani Willis could be in violation of ethics violations and/or state/federal tax laws

bottom line removing her could cause further delay in prosecuting the case entirely...........it's not about her removal directly affecting Trump's guilt

it's about the complete legal process being delayed/derailed

Thats a completely different argument than "Trump is gonna get off because Fani was fucking" as if the two have anything to do with each other. Hence why i said all that "she mammal" babble was dumb as fuck and falling right into the bullshit Trump wants people to focus on.
