Bretheren you even if what he said in the interview was real. The truth is we all life by a certain set of codes and rules and you can’t use them for your benefit and then say there aren’t any rules or the rules don’t apply. You can’t say you are a civilian now. He more than likely knows who shot his car up but he is not saying. Now this happens and he is taking the stand to protect himself. If he talks about exactly what is public knowledge then it is not snitching. Did you bring a gun to the club? No. How did you get the gun? Someone started firing I got the gun and retaliated. There are ways to tell your truth without going against the code that you claim to live by your entire life. I am not saying street code is right but it is a code. So what now street dudes is getting robbed nd calling the police. I would rather him just say listen, I am not willing to go to jail if I don’t testify. Plain and simple. Take code out of it rather than saying the code itself is stupid.
