Knew he was telling from the jump. Dude on camera letting off in a club full of people. He not just getting bail that fast. They found a van full of guns. He was sitting either way and found a bargaining chip.

Ain’t simple as a dude trying to take his life unless you under the impression Tax went in there with the intention of killing dude that night. But if they approached him on some tough shit and this how it played out, he all the way wrong, no matter how it’s dressed

(now let's rewind to back when the shit first broke and it was rumors Troy killed dude by mistake and cheddar bob'd himself in the leg reaching to grab it, he clearly said no I didn't do that, that didn't happen) it implies the only other person with the gun shot him and dude.

It’s common knowledge that Taxstone shot Banga and Ave, they have Tax’s dna and it was traced back to Florida where Tax purchased the gun and there is eyewitness accounts that corroborated the story AND they got this on tape. So let me ask you who or what is Ave snitching on?

They have the original scuffle in which we just see a bunch of people scrapping, someone yelling get that nigga and hearing a gun going off on tape. Next thing on tape is Tax running and Troy chasing shooting on tape. That's what's on tape.

The DNA and Florida gun purchase are slam dunks to the Gun Charge, not the Murder which why he copped a plea asap, that can't be debated or defensed. If they had the clear shooting footage on tape he would've been indicted for the murder the same time he was the gun charge. That would've been all they needed to charge dude asap w/ murder. Gun charge came in January when he got bagged. Murder indictment was July. Which indicates witness' statement came afterwards to have enough to hit him with the murder charge.

Corroborated means to confirm someones original statement, who statement are they confirming? Common sense would be it's Troy's especially if Troy is bold enough to detail the murder in song and animation. He's on the stand, Tax is across from him in the vid what do you think that implies? It would be his statement who the other witness' are corroborating.

But I'll be back when all the shit comes out in court I'm not going back and forth anymore over obvious shit.

Tax is a felon with priors who shouldn’t have had the gun in the first and he snuck a gun into a venue that doesn’t allow weapons in...

And idc about Tax having to go down for it. Rip to Banga, I hate to see someone lose their life to fuck shit that is totally unnecessary and avoidable .


The disconnect we're having is if they booked Tax without Troy doing all this yapping and talking'. It is what it is. They'd just have him dead to rights.
For what Ave claims he is he has to shut up. That's the issue. Let the authorities do their thing, stop all the implicating and shit that you (TA) claims he doesn't stand for.
