Honestly i dont really remember. It might of been he saw them fighting over it but saw it go off in Tory hand but it was real far or some shit. But the key point is no one that absolutely saw what happened was talking. All you got was the person that got shot saying who shot her. When you have that and the alleged shooter only saying, "i didnt do it", but nothing else.....you going to jail my friend. Might as well try to work out a plea
