Fam, have you been pregnant before? Do have kids? Were you with the mother during the pregnancy?

I don't ask that to be funny but how you just tell a chick to stop eating fewer calories when for almost 9 months, she's had to eat more than she probably does because she had to eat for two. You can't just eat normally, you'll malnourish the child inside.

Add to it the hormonal changes that happen when a lot of women get depressed after having children can send them into a eating binge
