The area you are in plays a part in that. Also, some women today don't want to settle down so quickly. I'm around the dc and Maryland area. I meet a lot of career based women so that is also a factor.

Yeah I don't think people realize that finding a woman within that age range who is single with no kids isn't as uncommon as people make it seem.

I do as well. Some by choice, some just haven't met a man they want to marry and have a child with. Some were married and divorced before kids came into the picture.

As for me I'll be 40 in October. I wouldn't date lower than 35 at this point if it came down to it. Just certain shit I aint got the time nor patience for and given the office environments I've worked in ive been around women from ages early to mid 20s, 30s and 40s. There's just certain shit that you do less of as you age and I don't need that stress
