Man I would wanna help the chick out just cause I would hate the fact that she uncomfortable but I would probably just mind my business.

The issue is you have no idea how she will take to you helping her. She might look at you standing up for her as you being interested in her and now she uncomfortable around you.

The best you can do is try to keep her out of view when delivery comes and handle most of the shit herself.

You got me questioning your management skills if this is going on and you're unsure about the proper course of action. You really honestly weighing your reputation or more, over the possibility of some corny delivery niggas, being salty you aint let them shoot their shot and get swerved, with no time limit smh. Those niggas dont respect you or your authority at all, cuz after about 30 seconds I'm giving them the "if you got nothing else to deliver you better wrap this up quick and leave" look. You shouldnt even have to say anything in most cases. This going on cuz they seeing you as a timid non-factor.

Also, me personally, I'm not pulling her to the side to ask if shes uncomfortable. Mainly because I dont care and i dont want to later be always telling me her silly white woman problems, like im her therapist. I'd do it for my interests of not having waves in my pond. Gotta stop that goofy shit before it turns into something big and upper management knows my name for the wrong reasons. I'm not putting random lames before my interests or tranquility.
