Yeah, being able to get out of a NDA defeats the whole purpose of an NDA. And it's not like people just sign them to sign them. Usually, they are getting something out of the deal like money. A lot of these people sign the NDA, get paid, spend all the money, and then want to get out of the NDA so they can get more money from the other side. What kinda shit is that?
