You 50 damn years old with these middle school arguments. Lying about birth control ain’t the same as not wearing a condom when expected. Not wearing the rubber is akin to having sex knowing you have HIV. Be ashamed.

Lying/deception to get sex doesn't equal rape.

You just said rape by definition is penetration and that the new definition is too subjective but if going by your definition a man can’t be raped by a woman unless she penetrated him. That’s a slippery slope of nonsense

The term for that is statutory rape because one party isn't old enough to give consent.
