"DISGUSTING HARASSMENT" | Baltimore's 'Plain Potatoes' is arrested
BALTIMORE (WBFF) - "Plain Potatoes" has been caught.
Marquel Anthony Carter - known as "Plain Potatoes" on social media - has been apprehended after going around Baltimore sticking a camera in random people's faces, taunting or harassing them, and uploading it to social media.
Baltimore City Councilman Eric Costello said Carter faces 21 sets of charges, including harassment and trespassing.

"He has continually harassed and people using ethnic, racist, sexist, homophobic, and other forms of hateful speech and intimidation," said Costello. "Much of this activity occurred in Mount Vernon, along with other incidents throughout Midtown, Downtown, and the South Baltimore Peninsula, mostly in the 11th District."
Costello said he has asked police for help in building a case. Baltimore police are asking anyone who was a victim of Carter to contact Det. Gregorio at [email protected] or 410-396-2499.
"I am grateful to everyone involved in starting to bring an end to Mr. Carter’s disgusting harassment," said Costello on social media. "This is a shining example of the community and law enforcement working together to make our community safe and welcoming to all."
