But this is huge two different courts have ruled that it is illegal for counties states or whatever to keep the equity of your property after a tax sale

Basically if you own a 200,000k crib but lose ur crib cuz u can’t pay 10k property tax
If ur house sells for 200k via tax sale they would now only keep the 10k you owe and return the 190k to you

Not just daycares, home health care , housing assistance, medical driving , autism care , mentorship programs

In recent times a lot of these cases were dismissed and u have whistleblowers stating they
Were retaliated upon for bringing up this fraud shit

One of the dudes pled guilty to stealing 47 million in a decade and is only facing 4-5 years
