yea...i'm not giving up on hip hop like brother @Freeman, but my consumption is about to just be the shit i grew up on and maybe the occasional listen from a legacy artist

I usually go to Wayno Youtube channel to keep up with what's going on in hiphop cause it's pretty short and he does a really good breakdown in a small amount of time, but he said some dude named Flakko is out here cosigning AK's package...

I've become more picky as I got older. Rappers repeating their name multiple times earns a skip from me. There are some other things like the ones using autotune but yea I'm usually listening to the older stuff lol

I've been going back to my old school shit and stuff from more recent artists I consider to be good lyricists that spit over more "traditional" beats.

I can't fuck with the bulk of these new niggas.

I still listen to my old stuff, and I still give older artists a chance when they drop. I've cooled on HipHop for the most part though. I still think it's a great artform. I think the days of true artists taking part in it have largely gone now.
 
i swear the more you educate urself on how the world works the more pissed off u naturally get



been doing a deep dive in current city and state politics and i feels like i need to get back into politics
