After a year and some change of going to the gym consistently, I decided to work with a personal trainer. Not for discipline but to get better guidance towards my goal.

Crazy how my form with some exercises were just wrong. I knew the moment I was shown the proper way. Felt different muscles being worked that I didnt before.

Is it possible to get prefixes for the sports section? Like for each sport so you can filter it like you can with reel talk? Or even prefixes like MNF, SNF, whatever special events for other sports?

Oh I started correcting tf out of them and wouldn't move past that point until they addressed me by my name actual pronunciation
