I was just talking with a friend about how in Japan they let kids as young as 6 walk down the street to the store on their own to buy things they want. That's unfathomable in most of America, but I imagine it's nice to live in that kind of safety and security. I damn near don't want to let me kids out the house these days because of all the BS going on.

I was just in Japan, these kids are barely bigger than their back pack looking at maps and on the local buses…..not a care in the world. Just getting from a to b.


It’s sad but incredible too
