After my injury, I couldn't really do any upper body exercises. After 6 weeks, I did some arm weights for the first time. I lost so much progress. Add to the fact i was in my cutting phase during that time. My arms hurt when I woke up today and I'm happy, lol.
 
You know what’s extremely odd that we never think of?

Initially, plug and play devices used the cigarette lighter as a source of power to charge devices in cars, before they started to be built with usb slots and wireless charger stations.

When was the last time you seen a new car with a cigarette lighter that charges in that port? Why are cars still being made with that port? No ones uses it as a cigarette lighter heater up.

Why is it still there? Why is there even a thing called a car charger? That port isn’t even necessary anymore

It is still being used for things that don't use USB. Things like air compressors, portable cooking appliances or laptops that don't use USB for the charger.
 
Cosby fucked up but to totally erase his show from syndication is wrong when you can still watch bullshit like That 70's Show etc. everyday. The rest of the cast on the Cosby show deserve better.

 
If dre had recruited Mase for the firm instead of Az....I think they would have went farther....mase voice and flow fits every firm song better than AZ's did
 
I'm starting to see the word apart used wrong too often.

Tips to remember a part and apart​

Apart has to do with being or rendering separate.

A part is something that is a piece of something else that is considered whole or together.


Example. 1

Kendrick ripped Drake apart in their battle.

Example. 2

Drake is suing Kendrick due to a part of a diss track.

Y’all ever met a woman that looked completely natural? Natural hair, natural face, natural body.

Then one day you see her on her “let em loose” day and you realize you have no idea what make up looks like anymore.

They make sista hairdo wigs, and all that shape wear coulda probably been used to reinforce the levees in New Orleans.

Goodness gracious, to me, taking off that stuff at night and looking in the mirror would be such a shock to my self esteem that I’d force myself to find a natural way to be that way without assistance.

Shit like when you get a “new” apartment and they just blast the room with white paint. A week later you realize you got a power socket you never even knew was there cause they painted over it. Fucking dead roach covered in primer and shit.
