Funny yall bring up expired stuff in the fridge. I thought about this last week. I'm good with not letting food sit but bad with old sauce bottles. Since I cook a lot and cook different things, I have sauces that are only used for a certain type of dish. I try new recipes a lot and so there are ingredients that will not get used again if I don't cook that dish.
