Strange thought provoking question. Why does it seem at face value level of looking across the sprectrum.

Why does it look to be true that black coaches across all sports. Excel at defensive coaching positions, or if the head coach. The defense excels, and is notches above the the level of the offense of that team?

And I think it goes beyond the opportunity to have offense coaching positions because this holds true even when the coach is the head coach.

Why do black coaches seem to be so proficient at defense?
