This Ain’t Random Enough

How difficult was it
Do you have an external hdd that it records to
Do you have wireless or wired
Any brand you recommend

Wasnt difficult at all. If you got a drill and some bits you good to go.

I've got some ring joints out here and in jerz. Some hard wired, some with a single battery and an external solar panel to keep it charged up. Only thing about ring I dont like is that its a yearly subscription. Like $100 a year. You can have as many cameras on that property/address as you want though. It's all in the cloud so no hard drives.

eufy security cameras are pretty good. They got some joints that have solar panels built into the camera so you dont need to hard wire them to your house and the solar panel isnt some separate installation. Just make sure where you put it gets good sunlight. You dont need a monthly or yearly subscription either they have a base where you can have a hard drive or multiple hard drives that capture things.

Ok

I've had a eufy doorbell in my Amazon cart for months. I might get the cameras to have the whole ecosystem

Trying to avoid subscriptions and cloud services. I want to have the film for myself but I'm also not trying to overcomplicate things either
