Hopefully Cali recovers and makes strides and investments to both take care of land and the people out there. They have a great opportunity for a better future.

They're idiots. A whole state with an entire ocean at it's disposal but "we're running out of water!"

Running out of water is crazy.

That might be expensive or the process too long for the amount of water they're using though (guessing)

I think its all of the above. Its expensive, NIMBY's wouldnt let it get built anywhere near where it needs to be. And to top it off, plus has water, it just most of it is being wasted by the wealthy agricultural barons. They use like 80% of the states water and wont even entertain the topic of cutting back.

They've known about this for probably decades, and every solution gets mostly blocked. Mainly from a certain party, no names tho. Just keep kicking the can down the road, now we're here. And the main players are gunna blame others, if you're keeping up, it already started.

I saw them. I've also seen emergency vehicles and people who just didn't give a fuck, go around shit like that and blow through red lights.
