I've been sleeping on alumni's. This past weekend I went to my sister's alumni. I was grubbing like a mofo at them. All of the old head classes (the 80s classes) were live, bumping their 80s music and grilling. They were freely offering plates too. Instead of going to my sister's 96' class tent, I was chilling with the old heads. Seeing how they were having fun with good music and food. I wanted to stand up and be like Popsicle in Class Act

It’s not just that… some companies be trying get over on you and not competitive with their wages to maximize profit yet want you to take all the risk. Why would they pay you a livable wage (401k, insurance, taxes etc). All while maintained yearly certs because when it makes them more appealing especially when it comes to bidded work. Then they can just cut the wages down and hire a Juan that will just happy with scraps and not paying into all that.
