Eh it's all about finding the right partner. It's not about race or if you "man" enough. Some folks libidos (men and women) and personalities don't have the bandwidth for all of this.

Exactly. Although, I do think it's a little bit about the man. If you communicate, and are patient they will try almost anything for someone they care about. Which is probably the deal with this couple.
