Been like the wild west where even being under the same banner didnt matter no more

Couple decades of that bullshit...then social media comes along and fucks it up even more

I know in Tennessee. Being in a gang was optional.

I never been to Chicago but ain't the gang culture like, if you stay on a specific street then you're basically forced to be in that gang because if not, then gangs from other neighborhoods will harass you, if you are a loner or don't rep anything? Help a trill one out on this
 
Well i mean its the city they built. Niggas say move like the mafia move like a cartel move like xyz. Crime dont need a structure its crime. A country built on taking things in a free for all mess(manifest destiny) expects order from its outlaws.

the US was built on crime but it has a structure. and the largest gangs move within that structure.

I’m not really sure why folks act like this shit is new. The young generation didn’t invent murder. For all I know that nigga might have been plotting on the young boys he argued wit and they got him first. That’s how it goes. No nigga is untouchable. R.i.p.

Bruh criminal organizations survive when they lack structure. Structure gets everyone locked up or killed. The lack of structure makes it harder to bring down. You may be under the same umbrella but there are always factions inside of factions. Even the mob will have several families in the same city. U take one down the others will survive and fight for a bigger piece of the pie.
 
Some ppl saying there some fuxkery afoot w this murder...but my ppls live on 71 st and Weatern not too far away from that....just told them keep ur head on a swivel
