Can someone explain to me why Well’s RF is a evil mastermind, and thawne’s RF is sort just an insecure asshole with nothing better to do. Aren’t they suppose to be the same person? Seems like Well’s RF is was more calculating than Thawnes.

I skipped the last 2-3 seasons, but decided to watch this season bcos its the last one. It's been solid.
I'll wait until it hit netflix to jump into the last season.
